CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER: Campagna Academy, Inc. is seeking a COO with excellent organizational, leadership and relational abilities in developing and sustaining the operations of a multi-service child welfare agency to ensure financial stability of all programs and services.
The ideal candidate selected will be responsible for the overall business operations; developing business plans; directing and guiding subordinate directors; problem resolution; and financial oversight for all programs. Successful candidate will have a high level of energy, excellent communication and relationship building, and experience in a social service environment at the executive level.
Advanced knowledge of business principles, employee relations, budget and program forecasting, state laws, rules, regulations and licensing standards regarding child care facilities in Indiana.
Masters degree preferred with a minimum of three years executive management and administrative experience.

UNIT SUPERVISOR: Full-time administrative and supervision for our open-residential units providing daily care, safety, and therapeutic services to adolescents. Qualifications: B.S. degree in Psychology or other related field. 2-3 years of management experience; and a minimum of 3-4 years working with adolescents in a residential/educational setting.
YOUTH CARE SPECIALIST(S): Full & part-time, actively participate and communicate with clinical staff to provide optimum care and assist in the development and maintenance of a consistent, safe, structured, and therapeutic milieu.
READING SPECIALIST: Campagna Academy Charter School is currently seeking a secondary licensed Teacher to serve as the Reading Specialist for the 2009-2010 school year. We provide quality education in a non-traditional setting. Responsibilities include serving as a reading instructional leader; assists in developing and coordinating reading programs for students. Indiana teaching licensed required, with secondary English endorsement considered. Benefits offered.
CERTIFIED SUBSTITUE TEACHERS: Campagna Charter School has openings for certified substitute teachers to provide classroom coverage as scheduled for the 2009-2010 school year. Teaching certification required.
HIGH SCOOL GUIDANCE COUNSELOR: Campagna Academy Charter School is seeking a Guidance Counselor for the 2009-2010 school year. This position will assist students 9th through 12th grade with enrollments, transfers, academics and career goals in a smaller school setting. Familiarity with Power School software and experience helpful. B.S. degree in school guidance counseling or related field, state of Indiana license required.
GED TEACHER: Campagna Academy Charter School is seeking a licensed general education development (GED) Teacher to prepare young adult learners for the GED test. We provide quality education in a non-traditional setting. Indiana teaching licensed and certification required.
